Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Jared brings more than 22 years of residential and commercial renovation experience to Luxury Design & Remodeling. He leads Battery Island Lighthouse Limited Company and combines hands-on building knowledge with the planning and coordination required to carry complex projects through execution. His residential specialties include luxury bathrooms, detailed tile installation and waterproofing, interior finish work, and design/build renovations.
His broader career includes integral project leadership as a superintendent or general foreman. His project experience spans specialized zoo and aquarium work, including the otter habitat at Charles Towne Landing, the giraffe feeding station at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, and work at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. It also includes the Cal Ripken baseball complex, Detyens Shipyard Park, and military housing projects such as Fort Jackson family housing and auxiliary housing units at Aberdeen Proving Ground. In 2025, he renovated facilities at the Charleston Battery soccer stadium and the College of Charleston baseball stadium.
That range of work informs Jared’s approach to Luxury Design & Remodeling: thoughtful design, practical construction planning, and close attention to the details behind the finished surface. He connects the overall vision with day-to-day project execution, staying engaged from early decisions through the final finishes.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Justin is a master carpenter, accomplished designer, and project manager whose work combines fine craftsmanship with an understanding of how a space comes together. His experience spans high-end custom cabinetry, architectural woodwork, detailed interior trim, and restoration work—disciplines where proportion, fit, materials, and finish make a lasting difference.
His commercial and hospitality experience reaches from Kiawah and downtown Charleston to Charlotte, with work in hotels, restaurants, and resorts. He was also integral to BILLCO’s custom cabinetry and restoration trim shop, contributing the hands-on skill and design judgment needed to turn detailed ideas into carefully finished work.
At Luxury Design & Remodeling, Justin brings that same attention to residential spaces.
