Let's design your Charleston remodel
Luxury Design & Remodeling brings considered residential design to kitchens, bathrooms, and whole homes across Charleston. Every project starts with a conversation about how you live, then moves to the drawing board.
We won't rush your renovation
Most remodeling quotes promise speed. Ours promise a process that respects your home, from first walkthrough to final walkthrough.
Consult, don't sell
We walk your space and listen before we talk. No pressure, no package deals. Just a clear read on what your home needs and what it will take.
Design before demo
Every layout, finish, and fixture is chosen before we open a wall. You approve the full picture, not a guess. Then we build to that, exactly.
One point of contact
You get a single project lead from start to finish. Questions answered the same day, no chasing subcontractors, no runaround. Just one call.
Clean site, every day
Work areas are swept and materials stored before we leave. Your home stays livable while it becomes something better. That is non-negotiable.
Design services for custom projects
Our standard design rate is $250 per hour, with a two-hour minimum ($500) for custom projects. From a single room to a full home, we’ll help define the design scope for your space.
